Russ Cohen
Debt Placement Manager
Mr. Cohen joined PRC in May of 2006. He is responsible for handling debt syndications for PRC’s portfolio by establishing lending relationships with national and international financial institutions. Prior to joining PRC, he held various positions with GE Capital, Tokyo Leasing and US Bancorp. Russ is a graduate from Western Connecticut State University with a Bachelors degree in Accounting.

Donna Lechman
Lease Administration Manager
Ms. Lechman has responsibility for the documentation of PRC’s lease originations. Prior to joining PRC in 1999, Ms. Lechman held management support positions in the behavioral health and finance industries She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the California State University, Fullerton.

Christine Lopas
Supervisor, Finance & Accounting
Christine Lopas is responsible for accounting functions within Pacific Rim Capital.
She has been with PRC since 2000 and has ten years of financial services experience.
Prior to joining PRC, she worked for Crocker Capital, a small ticket lessor.
Christine graduated from San Diego State with a BS in Accounting.

Gary Parsons
Credit Resolution Manager
Mr. Parsons has the responsibility of maintaining and ensuring all receivables
are paid in a timely manner, along with resolving any problems related to the
receivables. Prior to Joining PRC he has held various management positions
with organizations such as Mellon Bank, Household International and Borg Warner
Corp. He is a magna cum laude graduate of Azusa Pacific University, and holds a
degree in Business Management.

Wendell Peoples
Regional Sales Manager
After 4 years as a successful Account Executive, Mr. Peoples was promoted and
now oversees a regional sales force for Pacific Rim Capital. Prior to joining
PRC, Wendell was a business owner in the retail and music promotion industries.
He is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley with a degree in
Communications.

Doug Zanella
Operations Manager
Mr. Zanella joined Pacific Rim Capital in January 2000 and oversees the
Operations department as well as the Asset Buyback program. Mr. Zanella
has over 17 years of “hands-on” experience in an electronics
manufacturing/distribution firm where he was Director of Operations.
He is a graduate of Chapman University with a B.A. in Organizational Leadership
and also holds a degree in Electronics Technology.
