Principals
David C. Mirsky
Chairman and Chief Operating Officer/Founder
Prior to founding PRC, Mr. Mirsky was President of Capital Associates Portfolio
Company. He was also Executive Vice President for Capital Associates International,
and held management positions for Finalco Inc. and Memorex. He is a summa cum laude
graduate of Binghamton University and holds a Degree in Management Science.
Marc C. Mills
President/Founder
Prior to founding PRC, Mr. Mills was Vice President, Headquarters Marketing for
Capital Associates Portfolio Company. He has held marketing and management
positions with Capital Associates International and with Beverly Hills Savings.
He is a graduate of Harvard University and holds a degree in Finance from the
London School of Economics.

Executive Management
David L. Andrews
Vice President, Capital Markets
|

Mr. Andrews is responsible for debt and equity syndication, which includes
pricing all deals and purchasing transactions and portfolios. Prior to
joining PRC, he was employed for 10 years by Relational Funding Corporation,
where he held several positions in lease syndication and portfolio management,
and for 17 years by Starwood Corporation, where he was partial owner and
performed various management, marketing and lease syndication functions.
Mr. Andrews has an additional ten year’s experience with Itel Corporation
and IBM Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing
from the Ohio State University.

Thomas M. Budnick
Vice President, Sales

Mr. Budnick is responsible for managing the sales force and is actively
involved in servicing PRC’s major account relationships. He previously
was an Account Executive with PRC and has held regional management positions
within the food and beverage industry. He is a graduate of Michigan State
University with a degree in Business Administration.

Eric L. Eckes
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Eckes has responsibility for Finance and Accounting, Information
Systems and Human Resources. Prior to joining PRC, Mr. Eckes held
executive financial positions with Mitsubishi Motors Credit of America
and The Lloyd Andersen Companies. He is a graduate of California State
University, Long Beach and holds a Degree in Professional Accountancy.

Allan B. Umans
Vice President and General Counsel

Mr. Umans has responsibility for documentation and legal. Prior to joining
PRC, Mr. Umans was General Counsel and Secretary of Relational Technology
Services, Inc. and Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary of
El Camino Resources, Ltd., both independent technology leasing companies.
Mr. Umans has a JD degree from Southwestern University School of Law and a
BA degree with honors in Economics from the University of Manitoba.
