Prior to founding PRC, Mr. Mills was Vice President, Headquarters Marketing for Capital Associates Portfolio Company. He has held marketing and management positions with Capital Associates International and with Beverly Hills Savings. He is a graduate of Harvard University and holds a degree in Finance from the London School of Economics. |

Thomas M. Budnick
Vice President, Sales
Mr. Budnick is responsible for managing the sales force and is actively involved in servicing PRC’s major account relationships. He previously was an Account Executive with PRC and has held regional management positions within the food and beverage industry. He is a graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in Business Administration. |

Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Eckes has responsibility for Finance and Accounting, Information Systems and Human Resources. Prior to joining PRC, Mr. Eckes held executive financial positions with Mitsubishi Motors Credit of America and The Lloyd Andersen Companies. He is a graduate of California State University, Long Beach and holds a Degree in Professional Accountancy. |

Allan B. Umans
Vice President and General Counsel
Mr. Umans has responsibility for documentation and legal. Prior to joining PRC, Mr. Umans was General Counsel and Secretary of Relational Technology Services, Inc. and Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary of El Camino Resources, Ltd., both independent technology leasing companies. Mr. Umans has a JD degree from Southwestern University School of Law and a BA degree with honors in Economics from the University of Manitoba. |

Vice President, Pricing
Mr. Zanella is responsible for managing the Lease Portfolio and Pricing. Prior to joining PRC he was the Director of Operations for a Remanufacturing and Distribution organization. He is a graduate of Chapman University with a degree in Business Management. |
